Burn Fat and Lose Weight


Today we will be talking about some of the foods that help burn fat.  Most of you have already figured out that vegetables are a natural fat burner.  It mostly common sense.  Do you know what vegetables are the best ones to eat to help you burn fat and lose weight?

Plus, did you know that there are foods out there that also burn fat and help you lose weight?  I will provide a list of the top fat burning foods for you.  You might be surprised at a few of them.

Fat Burning Cucumber Salad Recipe


Ingredients:

1 cucumber sliced and cut in half
1/2 white onion, thinly sliced
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup vinaigrette
1/2 cup water
dash of salt substitute
dash of black pepper

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set in refrigerator for a couple of hours.  
Eat and enjoy.

Tip of the Day

The amount of fat you eat, not the total calories, will determine whether you lose or gain weight.  So, watch the fat content.  Stay away from fat the best you can.
