Love That Chicken Chicken is one of the most versatile, healthy meat around.  You can bake it, broil it, barbeque it, roast it, boil it ... you get the idea.  You can use it in salads, soups, casseroles, by its self, stews, stir-fries, and so many more ways. It is one of those meats that are not expensive, delicious, and nutritious. Million Dollar Pie Have you ever heard of a million dollar pie?  They are a pie that is easy to make, inexpensive, and delicious.  There are many recipes online for this little no bake pie. It seems to have become one of the favorite desserts to bring to a covered dish or to a family get together. I don’t know how it started.  I would guess it started by someone who loved Ambrosia and wanted to make something similar in a pie form.  Whoever created the first million dollar pie I sure thank them. It is sure to become a family favorite. They’ll be begging you for more.  It has been my families favorite since first bite. Today is Chicken Day Why is today chicken day?  Mostly because I have a ton of chicken recipes to share with you.  We eat chicken so often I am surprised that we don't cluck.  Plus, chicken is so versatile you can use it in almost any recipe.   Besides that it is healthy and delicious.  But we will get to that later.  For right now, lets get on with the recipes. Beer Can Chicken Recipe Ingredients: 1  whole chicken, betwween 4 to 5 lbs. 2 tbsp.Extra Virgin Olive Oil  seasoning of your choice, I like to use Montreal Chicken seasoning by Grill Mates but you can use any seasoning or make your own 1/2 can of beer (what you do with the other half is your choice) Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.   Remove the neck, giblets and so forth from the chicken.
