Love That Chicken Chicken is one of the most versatile, healthy meat around. You can bake it, broil it, barbeque it, roast it, boil it ... you get the idea. You can use it in salads, soups, casseroles, by its self, stews, stir-fries, and so many more ways. It is one of those meats that are not expensive, delicious, and nutritious. I use it all the time. It is my main meat. Today I will be sharing two terrific recipes that I am sure you will love. Both are cooked in the crock pot and ready to eat when you walk in the door.
